Given the current COVID-19 situation in Guangzhou and the differentiated epidemic prevention and control measures taken in different areas, we urge you to take the following actions for the sake of your health:
1. Comply with the epidemic prevention and control efforts. Please participate in the PCR tests organized in your neighborhood or community according to their arrangements and schedules so that the tests can be conducted on all households and residents in a timely manner. Please present your Sui Kang or Yue Kang Code and the Yue He Suan Code (Guangdong PCR Testing QR Code, Large-scale) before entering the queuing area and finish registration and testing as required. Please wear your mask properly, keep a distance of at least 1 meter with the others in the queue and avoid talking or crowding with the others throughout the whole process.
2. Strictly observe the specific epidemic prevention and control measures taken in your community. The Lockdown, Partially Lockdown and Restricted Zones have been designated and differentiated measures have been taken in these Zones accordingly. Please observe and comply with the measures taken in your community. These measures will be readjusted dynamically based on the situation of the virus spread, the epidemic prevention and control needs and compliance of residents. Please pay close attention to the relevant information and policies issued by the municipal and district epidemic prevention and control command and notices of your neighborhood and community.
3. Protect yourself properly. Please wear protection equipment properly in your daily life, stick to the epidemic prevention and control measures and continue with the good hygienic habits, such as washing your hands properly, ventilating your home frequently, keeping a social distance and eating with separate dishes and serving chopsticks, etc.
4. Monitor your health status continuously. Please comply with the self health monitoring measures as required. Once showing suspicious symptoms such as headache, fever, coughing, fatigue, reduced sense of smell or taste or diarrhea, please report to the epidemic prevention squad (made up by three community workers) in your community immediately and go to hospital according to their instructions.
5. If you have any needs for living necessities, medical services, equipments and psychological care, etc., please dial the hotline “12345” or resort to the community’s epidemic prevention squad. If you need interpretation service, please dial the multi-lingual hotline “960169”. We will respond to your needs in time and provide comprehensive services.
