Guangzhou's Tianhe Central Business District (CBD) has been named one of the world's most attractive business hubs in the newly released 2025 Global Business District Attractiveness Report. Making its debut in the rankings, Tianhe CBD claimed the 22nd spot worldwide, standing among China's top four and representing Guangdong as the province's sole entry.
Compiled by EY and the Urban Land Institute, the report benchmarks 30 leading business districts across 19 countries on eight pillars, from talent pools and market access to innovation and sustainability. Tianhe CBD earned particular recognition for its talent magnetism, seamless blend of business and urban life, and a vibrant innovation ecosystem.

Through thoughtful urban planning, Tianhe seamlessly connects 520,000 square meters of sports facilities, 300,000 square meters of world-class cultural venues, and 124 Grade-A office towers. This creates a complete live-work-play ecosystem that keeps professionals engaged around the clock.
Building on Guangzhou's legacy as a millennial commercial capital, Tianhe CBD brings together the city's most concentrated business resources and strongest consumer power. It previously ranked third in China and first in South China in the 2024 Central Business District Consumption Competitiveness Evaluation List released by Forbes.
